- HDD on Promise ultra 133

Just installed HDD 160Gb Maxtor on Promise ultra 133 TX2. The HDD is listed
in Device Manager it's visible on SIW too, but I do not have access to it to
format and assign a device letter. WXP SP2 on DFI AD70 Sc MB.
Any help? Thanks a lot,

Did you install the Promise drives that came with the card?

Yes and flashed the bios too. I solved using Control Panel...Disk Managment.
The HDD works, but is seen as "Volume" and I cannot make partitions. I was
able to trasfer files to it and read from it.
It's ok this way unless you have some more hints.
