If the program is really gone - no remaining program files, etc. - and you
just want to remove the entry from Add/Remove Programs for cosmetic
purposes, the easiest way is by using TweakUI. This is a free power toy
from Microsoft.

The manual way is to edit the registry. Start>Run>regedit [enter]
Navigate to HKLM>Software>Microsoft>Windows>Current Version>Uninstall and
look for the entry in the left-hand side. The description will show up on
the right side. When you find the entry for the program, delete it. Be very
careful when working in the registry as changes are immediate and the wrong
change can ruin Windows.
