I wonder the U3 flash memory can do this, can it? and the "encrypted" flash
memory is not so common I think. so how to protect the personal data in the
removable flash memory from being viewed if it is lost?

I'm not sure what you mean? If you know the password, you can open the
archive and view the files, if not, you're not getting in. Now if the files
you're wanting to protect are VERY important and could cause significant
damage to you or your customers, I would look into more of a commercial 3rd
party software for encryption. But for general use, WinRAR does a pretty
good job of securing your data.
