- Mouse not responding
- Posted by Don Stone on December 29th, 2007
I have a new MS wireless USB optical laptop mouse. I have two desktop
computers, both running Windows XP Pro. On one computer, the new mouse
works just fine; no problems at all.
On the other computer, the mouse behaves rather erratic. Often I must click
2-3 times before there is a response; the scroll button acts mush the same.
However, the mouse movement seems to be perfect. I found an MS article
about such behavior but it said that it did not apply to XP systems.
Does anyone know what I need to do? Any help is much appreciated.
