moving a xp pro install from a system disk to a sata stripe?

moving a xp pro install from a system disk to a sata stripe?: Posted by blake@blakedubin.com on January 9th, 2006; Is it possible or do I have to do a fresh install on the striped
partition?

Running a Asus p4s8x. The current install is on an ide133 drive and I
was hoping to move it to my striped SATA drives.
