hi all

i found that i have this process running on my windows 2000 server.... and i
have not initiated any replication process?

does someone know what might be using this process?

i am not in a position to restart my server so i would appreciate a
workaround...obviously before terminating the process.

its also eating around 140MB memory

I see a newsgroup microsoft.public.windows.server.dfs_frs , and at least FRS
is part of the group name. Someone there might have a better idea as
to what to do. And possibly the Technet has further information.
