okay i went and buy another hard drive for my computer it is an external usb
hard drive it said plug and play so went i plug it in the wizard came up and
said it couldn't find the hardware please help me please

External hard disks sometimes require high power sources and that's why it
comes with 3-way USB connections, 2 of them will be plugged to the USB
connections on your PC and the third to the hard disk itself. I faced that
problem but when I replaced the external case the hard disk worked fine.

okay that did not help the same external hard drive i tred it on my lab top
and it install right away so i just need some help with my desktop is there
some way of trouble shoot it so it will work please help thanks
