I have a usb hard drive and I would like to save recorded tv on this drive
rather than on drive c to save space.

What happens? Can't you change where your TV card saves to. What TV card is
it?

I think it is a phillips 1236 mk3? Its worse I have no idea what I am
doing...there I said it I read that I could select the tuner in "tree" then
options|advanced|recording but umm I got stuck at what is a tree? thanx so
much for your info
