- Recording Two Simultaneous Inputs
- Posted by Polar on November 3rd, 2005
Hi,
I was wondering how I could record from two microphones simultaneously on my
Windows XP machine? I'm assuming Im going to need a sound card with multiple
channels (should I use multiple mic inputs, or multiple line-in inputs?). Can
anyone recommend a good, basic card with two or more inputs? Thanks a lot.

Hmmm,xp and the sound card only allow for mic-in or line-in at a
time,however,
if you used a Y adapter, connect both mics to it,use either input, you'd be
set.
Any sound card allows for this...Also,you'll need adapters,1/4 to 1/8
