- Remote Desktop Printing Issues
- Posted by Deb B. on October 20th, 2005
I run Windows XP Pro at work and XP Home at home. I work from home at night
utilizing remote desktop. Once I have entered the information into the
system at work, I then need to be able to print the information to my home
computer in order to complete the process. I am unsure how to get the remote
desktop to acknowledge my home printer as the default printer. Please any
help would be great.

Remote Desktop does not easily support multi-function
printers. What make/model is your home printer? What
printer port does it use? (Check via Control Panel / Printers,
right-click the printer / Properties / Ports).
