- USB Prob
- Posted by Alec on February 9th, 2006
I have recently installed 2 usb hubs. When i use one of the usb hubs it works
fine but when i try to connect using the other hub windows tells me that the
usb hub has been exceeded and it does not let me connect the device. Is there
a power limit to usb hubs connected. If there is, is there a way to get
around this prob with out having to connect one of the hubs to a ower socket
to run of the mains?

You'll need to use a powered hub to run all your USB devices at once. Or
you'll need to swap out USB items according to the available power (yes,
there is a limit to the power).
