- XP not compatible with Cable & Wireless Notebook Card
- Posted by AOSD24 on December 28th, 2007
When I try to install the software fot a Cable & Wireless Notebook Card a
message comes up that it is not compatible with Windows XP and may cause
problems. Does anyone know if I should just ignore this and continue or
should I buy a different Notebook Card

If the drivers were written for XP but provided by the manufacturer of the
device (rather than Microsoft)
that message is fairly normal and you can go ahead and install the drivers.
To be on the safe side, you may want to create a restore point prior to the
installation.
