This is messege it appears as soon as i plug in the pendrive on client
computer in a network group of 6 computer wid one server.

how to reset this wid no access rights, as i hav no clue of the
administrator password.

Since you reference a server, are you on a domain? If yes, there is a
Group Policy set to deny using a USB thumbdrive. If you are not on a
domain, the Group Policy will be on the local machine. Discuss this with
your systems administrator since s/he is the one who set the policy.
