Hi,
tried to download "User profile Hive Cleanup service" from Microsoft. Went
through the validation process as I have done several times before with no
problems, and the message "Your current browser cannot run the ActiveX
control required by the validation process". Went through the troubleshooting
guide and checked the security settings, but they were set as suggested.
Tried again,- no luck. Running Windows xp Home, SP2, ZoneAlarm
Antivirus/Firewall. Definitely no spyware or virus. It used to be that when
the information bar came up, I could click on it and it would then give me
the option of downloading the ActiveX, now nothing, just the bar.
Can anyone help?
