- Alternate Picture Software? Would Nero Photosnap reduce vulnerability?

If I were to switch my default picture viewing software from Windows'
default to Nero Photosnap, would it reduce my vulnerability to the WMF
exploit? Does the software use its own graphics engine or would it still
pass the file off to windows?
