Okay I just noticed yesterday that no matter what wallpaper I try to set
as my background, the background just stays black.
The computer is running like the wallpaper actually works, but it's
not.
I'm not sure if anyone is farmiliar with StyleXP, but I had been using
that, and it was working fine also but I uninstalled it becuase I
thought maybe that was what was causing the problem, but to no avail.
The Taskbar is at the bottom, and everything seems okay but I just
can't get the wallpaper to show! Could anyone PLEASE help me?

Did you save the old uxtheme.dll that StyleXP replaced? If so, copy it back
to /Windows/System 32

No I don't think I did. 
Where would the uxtheme.dll be? And if it's
not there how would I get it back... becuase I'm not sure I know what
your talking about completely. ^^;

StyleXP works by using a hacked version of uxtheme.dll to enable them to
load new skins. They used to recommend backing up the file before installing
the program in case of problems.
You may be able to get an original copy of the file from
\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386
