- Blue Screen after welcome screen

Getting a bit desperate now. third blue screen this week.
I have tried many suggestions but cannot find pemanent cure for this
occurence.
two errors show on event viewer on boot up:

Event Category: (102)

The blue screen had the following message at the bottom whitch is not shown
on the eventviewer:

Event ID: 7000
Date: 25/09/2005

Description:
The General Purpose USB Driver (adildr.sys) service failed to start due to
the following error:
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it
has no enabled devices associated with it.

When I click above link I am told page unavailable.
If I just keep ignoring this blue screen message will it damage my computer
as stated it may.
I thank all those who have tried to help with this problem before but it
keeps coming back.
Perhaps someone has the solution. I have too much on pc to reinstall windows

I would try running the System File Check utility (SFC /SCANNOW). If errors
are detected, you will need the installation CD. Nevertheless, I would
strongly advise you perform a system backup of all your critical data in the
event that you do need to reinstall.
