Hard drive spins like crazy at startup. Eventually, the blue sceen comes up
with this code. Please help.

Good luck. Blue screens are rare on XP and usually critical.
Did you install a new CD/DVD drive or change you drive settings? If it's
IDE maybe it's set to slave mode.
