- bluetooth keyboard and mouse problems
- Posted by stephen corcoran on December 8th, 2005
I have installed a Belkin Bluetooth keyboard and mouse which works great,
the problem is when I start up the computer. In the start-up bios mode, the
start up stops stating 'no keyboard present' and will not go any further. I
have to reattach my old keyboard with the lead before it boots up. Any
ideas?
Regards
Steve

In the computer's BIOS you can adjust the "HALT ON" settings (stops the
computer when a specified error is detected).
In the main setup screen (usually where one defines hard/floppy-drives,
set it to "HALT ON ALL BUT KEYBOARD" or "HALT ON NO ERRORS".
Kind Regards
Malte
