- Cannot erease a MPEG Layer-3 file

I need help on removing a suposebly MPEG Layer 3 file from my desktop.
When I try to delete it displays a message saying that the file is in
use by another person or program. I have norton antiV 04 up to date but
it dosent detects no virus when I scan it, it says no virus found 0
------ master boot record 1 ------ boot record 1----- If this throw
some light to you... I have micros. anti spyware but it doesnt report
anything.... Thanks in advance for any help...

Tried deleting it in Safe Mode?
