I have Microsoft Outlook 2003 and I can't send or recieve e-mail. every time
I send an e-mail, it appears in the outbox and not sent is written next to
it. Every time I send it from the outbox, it says it was sent today but ater
I read it, it says that it was not sent. Fooddirect send me an e-mail every
time I order, but with my new computer, it doesn't appear in the inbox. I
also paid 22 australian dollars for a program that was sent by e-mail. How
can I get Outlook to work?

With OL closed, you've checked the Mail Applet, in Control Panel, and tested
your Mail Account settings?
Assuming the test gives no errors, you've checked the View settings within
OL? and the various other mail settings?
If your ISP has a web mail login, you've checked there to see if any mail is
listed?
