we are not able to copy picture or info to a cd disc any more this is what
message we get everytime we try. Cd Writing Wizard Cannot complete the CD
writing. then we get this message.

There was a error in the writing process the disc you have attempted to
write maybe no longer be usable. we have tried brand new disc and disc that
still have room on them. but no luck. the CD writer will play music CD"s and
It will read disc that already has info or pictures on it . What do we need
to do to get the writer to write Disc again for us?
