I want to change the date modified on a few of my files…in My
Documents and Windows Explorer. Therefore, I must change the
attributes, namely the date modified for each file that I want to
change. I got the program ACMAIN.EXE, installed it (at least I tried);
the text instructions said "Change Attributes" would be on the menu I
get from right clicking on a file in Windows Explorer and/or My
Documents. "Change Attributes" is not on that menu...even after I
rebooted my system.

How can I change the date modified (and other file attributers)?

My O.S. is Windows XP Pro with SP2.
