When loading control panel, my screen freezes, all icons disappear and then
reload but control panel does not load. Any advice?

Plus, what is InCD? Everytime my computer loads up, there's a warning
message to say that it isn't loaded on my system...

Can't help with the CP problem but InCD is Nero InCD packet writing
software - enables the use of CDRW's as if they were floppies.
