- crashes and errors
- Posted by DES on May 1st, 2006
I had been having system rebooting and trouble with IE6 crashing lately.
Windows crash analysis said it could be video drivers or spyware and such.
All these were up to date. Well then a link opened for a random memory test.
Made the floppy and ran the test. Well one stick showed faults in both test.
So I swiched the stick with another one and the fault moved with it. Swiched
it with another stick I had. So far no crashes and no errors. Some of you had
problems close to mine. Just thought I pass this along.
