ok when i try to delete old user accounts i go through the steps of keeping
or not keeping the files and when i come to the screen where you hit the
button to delete the account i press it and then nothing happens and it says
that the user accounts screen is not responding......i have tried it with
deleting files and not deleting files and it still doesn't work.....anyone
help?????
