- Downloaded program folder
- Posted by enzo secondo on December 10th, 2005
My spyware detector tells me I have a dangerous file in my Downloaded
Program folder. I open it and there's nothing to be seen (and thus removed).
But if I rightclick the folder it tells me it has 8 files and two folders
totalling 4 Mbs.

View from Command Prompt.
Type in Start, Run:
cmd /k cd /d C:\windows\Downloaded Program Files
Type DIR in the prompt, and you'll find the actual files there. It's a
namespace item, and Explorer shows them differently.
