I am attempting to download a purchased program and everytime I run the
download, it gets hung up at 98% and then times out. I tried turning off the
firewall but to no effect. Any suggestions.

One thing to check is the size you've assigned to your internet cache
(see your setting in Internet Options for Temporary Internet Files).
Some files are downloaded to the internet cache and only transferred
to your downloads folder when the download is complete. You can then
wind up with a partial download that won't complete the install. Check
the size of the download and make sure your internet cache size is
large enough to hold the entire download.
