- Drag n Drop

I have XP and suddenly my mouse will not drag 'n' drop, either files across
explorer, e-mails under outlook or even move around the icons on my Desktop.
I have tried all I can think of can anyone suggest a remedy. I'm using an
Intellimouse Explorer set to default.
