Where can I read about Dual Core cpu's? I'd like know about the advantages
they may offer.
I'd like to upgrade my old system but don't want to over do it.

the Intel home pages have all the specs and comparisons
I've just bought a dell with a dual core 3.00 and it is VERY fast and (so
far) stable.
excellent results for video processing
