I have a dual monitor system... and I would like to know
if via a program, script or other tool, I can send a message to the
second monitor to go into standby mode.
I want to do this, because I may want to see a video on the first
and have the second monitor off.

Of course I can turn it off manually via the button, or disable the display
via the
display adaptor settings... but I am looking for an alternative more
gracefull way.
