When the user logs in a new user account is created for her with a 01, then
02, then 03. All of her settings, documents and program shortcuts are on the
desktop of her original account.

How do I prevent the new accounts from being created each time? How do I
delete the other accounts and get her back to the original? She recently did
a windows XP update but no changes to the computer other than that.
