- DVD Burner Does Not Recognize Blank Media
- Posted by Jim on November 26th, 2005
I have two DVD Burners that exhibit the same problem. Windows XP (SP2) does
not recognize blank media and will not burn anything to it. However, Nero
DOES recognize the same blank media and will burn, erase, etc.
I'm tired of banging my head against the basement walls, so does anyone have
a suggestion?

Jim,
If you want to be able to drag and drop files to DVD-RW media in Windows
Explorer use Nero's InCd program too, should be include on the Nero setup
disk..
Also, check their site for updates for both the Nero Burning Rom and InCd
apps..

Hope this can help..
