I had to totally clear my computer (took back to factory setting) and have
lost my email accounts on Outlook Express. Is there any way I can get these
back so i can read my e.mails

No backups of those emails to restore from?

There is software for recovering lost files. However these programs work
best when there has been very little disk activity since the files were
deleted. When the system was restored, a lot of writing to disk occurred.
Chances that these emails were overwritten are high - lowering the chances
of recovery. Wouldn't hurt to try though.

A search on google should turn up some programs to try. Or check out this
page for some freeware recommendations:

Try to select a program that can be downloaded to and can be used from a
floppy disk or USB stick. Also, use the hard drive as little as possible
until you can run the recovery software.

There are also professional data recovery services. These are very
expensive. Whether regaining the data justifies the expense is a decision
that only you can make.
