(Assuming you are using Outlook Express)
Check your blocked senders list; you could accidentally have blocked your
own address.
Also, review any message rules that might be in use.
If you have Web access to your e-mail account, check your mailbox there
first after sending a test message. See if it's received and then removed
after OE checks for new mail.

Also, for awhile, using OUTLOOK, mail addressed to me was going to the junk
mail or spam folder, for whatever reason. Now it goes to both the junk
folder and the INBOX after I entered information saying my address is OK or
not junk. This happened with other good addresses and that is why some
places ask you to make sure there email is not going straight to Junk Mail.

And in case, even that doesnt work, since you are an SBC Customer, call up
Tier1 Tech Support and ask them to directly transfer your call to Tier2.
They will get it resolved
