- an enabled diabled

My computer list in System Information under Problem Devices NT Apm/Legecy
Interface and say it isn't working because its disabled. Yet in Device
Manager it shows SyGate NT,wg3n as enabled yet lacking all or some of the
drivers. Neither location gives me the ability to crrect this problem.
Solutions?

Please correct your date. It is no longer 1990 and strange things can
happen with the wrong date.
