- error message when running registry mechanic

Can anyone help.
I get the following error message when I run a deep scan.
Before the scan is finished system stops and goes to blue screen with the
following error message.
Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area
Technical informaiton
Stop: 0x00000050 (0XE13BA000, 0X00000000,0X8056B964,0X00000001)
