i just reformated my computer and installed a few things and everything was
working fine. i installed some codecs for media player so i could watch some
of my videos and since then i cannot access my control panel. it just gives
me and internet explorer error and says it needs to close. i hit the option
to get more information at one point and it said to upgrade to sp2 and the
new updates so i have done that there are no new updates for me at this time
and it is still doing this and now it doesnt give me the option to see how to
fix it. so what do i do?
