Error Message while try in access Add/Remove Window Components

When I try to access this feature I receive this message:

Setup unable to open information file hideb(followed by two vertical
rectangles). Contact your system administator (me, single user). The
specific error code is 0x 7b at line 208899941.

I had no specific task in mind...I was just exploring XP and could not access
this feature.....the only problem I have had so far.

Hi facemin9,

Expand a new copy of Sysoc.inf to the C:\Windows\INF folder. That should
help.

would it be possible to give me a step by step. I have looked over the link
