Unable to install any programmes from my cd/dvd drive, always generates an
error message, error running etc, on the events viewer it lists the fault as
a bad block on the dvd drive but dvd playback is fine. When I try to open the
dvd or cd from my computer windows explorer always crashes . Have tried to
use the sfc/scannow facility but that reboots towards the end of the scan
with a stop error. I am running xp 2 with an amd 2600 chip and 512mb memory.
