hi all,
I have found that following system event is generated wheneever i start my pc

Source:EventSystem
Category:[52]
Event ID:4356
Type:Warning
Description: The COM+ Event System failed to create an instance of the
subscriber partition. CoGetObject returned HRESULT 800040A

Can anyone please advice what this error message is? My system application
randomly crashes, I have to end task in task manager.
