See if the F11 key restores the correct view. If not, try this:
1. Click Start, Run and type REGEDIT.EXE
2. Navigate to the following location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Toolbar\ShellBrowser
3. In the right-pane, rename the value named "ITBarLayout" to
"OldITBarLayout"
4. Close the Registry Editor.
