- external hard disc not recognized

I have a external hard disc, connecting at USB port and my computer just
don't recognize it!! I have tried everything!! USB stick works but disc not!
Please HELP!!!!

You probably need to partition/format this drive using Disk Manager.
Right-click My Computer/Manage/Disk Manager
