I bought a Maxtor 100gb external hard drive for storing pictures and
songs. When I plug in my IPOD to a USB port it gives me a USB error. It
shows up all my usb ports and on one of them it says usb unknown. When I
click on it, it says that the driver needs to be updated. When I
disconnect my external hard drive and then connect the IPOD to the same
USB port, it works fine.
Can anyone give me suggestions on what I need to do.
