- F8 will not give menu for windows safe mode.
- Posted by Reima on February 14th, 2006
I seem to have same reg keys and reg data coming up in Ad-aware scans.
Pasted below. So I thought to run it in windows safe mode, but all I get is
a menu asking if I like to boot from (Floppy or CD-rom or HDD)
Ad-aware asks me to reboot so it can remove these items, and it runs a scan
before start-up items are stared, I delete them. but they are back soon
again.
So How do I get to "Safe Mode"?
Regards,
Reima

try F8 a bit later past the BIOS, just before windows loading
Got a very fast system, eh?

or if it goes by too quickly, you try what you did, select drive press enter
but hold down F8 right away.
