- Failed to find token (Windows updates will not install)

I cannot get Windows updates to install. I have tried verything I have
found on this group, and others, but nothing has worked.
I finally found in the windows update log the following:
Getusertokenfromsessionid failed with hr 0x800704dd Error hr=80240020
I have full administrative rights. I have no idea what can be done to
solve this problem.
Anyone know what to do with this?
