please can some one help, I have a photo file that i did not want
other users to acess so i paqssword protected , this was in an admin
account , then later on i changed to a new admin account as I did not
like the name "administrator" i forgot to delete the password before
deleteing old amdim account now i can not acess this file myself!!

In XP Home you have to boot in safe mode to see the security tab. In XP Pro
you have to disable simple file sharing.

You can try changing win pass using Active@ Password Changer tool. It
will be able to reset your pass. This tool helped me before, so
recommended!
