- File Properties Doesn't Work

When I right click on a folder or file and selct properties, nothing is
displayed, not even the pop up window.
Any suggestions?

Are you running Windows XP Professional, with IIS installed? If so, read

I had to uninstall Internet Information Services. It seams to be working now.
