I want to creater another partition at the end of the disc
on my laptop.

The problem is that, after I have run defrag, at the end of
the disc a file or a few are sitting about 40-50 Mb from
the end stopping the partition program to make the partition
larger than the free space.

How do I find the files so I can move or delete them?

Win XO Pro, 20 Gb disc, want a 2 Gb partition at the end.

That shouldn't make any difference, you need a program like Partition Magic
that will move files around as necessary and allow you to make a partition
at the end.
