Text in my windows is tiny compared to what it was - also the windows
themselves are mis-shapen being tall and thin as opposed to rectangular or
square in shape.
Any ideas?

Is this happening just recently? Must have changed some setting somewheres.
Try a system restore to before the problem started.
Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore

XP - WNP
Today is the first day of the
rest of your life.

Hi,

You haven't been fooling around in Start/Settings/Control
Panel/Display/advanced/etc.... and changed your monitors refresh rate
have you? Screw things up in there a little and it can also have the
symptoms you're experiencing.
